Film.io Release Notes - Version 1.9.3 - Guided Tours, Easier FGR, and More!🌟

We're thrilled to introduce some fantastic updates in Version 1.9.3 that will greatly enhance your holistic Film.io experience:

New Help Center - This in-platform widget will provide a single destination for all of the below functions!

  • Guided Product Tours: New users, rejoice! We've got your back with a product tour that guides you through Film.io, teaching the basics of the DAO, how to support projects and the rewards you will get in the process!

  • Knowledge Base Link: Easily find answers to your burning questions with an on-platform and searchable Knowledge Base. Knowledge is power, and now it's just a click away!

  • Simplified Help Desk Access: We've made it a breeze to hop into our Help Desk and get the assistance you need, just click "submit a ticket" and you will be directed to our support portal.

  • AI Chatbot Assistance: Introducing our AI chatbot that's here to help! Get instant answers by typing any of your questions into the "Ask us Anything!" section, even cooler, it learns from each interaction, becoming even more helpful over time.

New FGR Claiming - Maximize Your Rewards

Claiming your rewards just got a lot simpler and more rewarding than ever! In the Film.io wallet, you can now easily view and claim all of your earned FGR in one convenient location. Here's how to do it:

  1. Go to Your Film.io Wallet: Access your wallet from your profile or by clicking the top navigation 'FAN Token' icon.

  2. View Your FGR Balances: Click on "View your FGR Balances" as seen below.

  3. Effortless Tracking: This filtered view shows all the projects you've staked to and your real-time FGR reward balance. These are defaulted from highest FGR to lowest.

  4. Claim and Enjoy: Click "Claim" to initiate a transaction to the blockchain and claim those well-deserved tokens! Maximize your rewards effortlessly.

** Currently, we only support one transaction at a time. We understand that this can be frustrating, but rest assured, this is only a limitation of the Early Access phase we're in right now and we will support multiple concurrent transactions as soon as we launch publicly.

Bug Fixes - Infinitely Processing Transactions Enhancements

We're pleased to announce that we have made some improvements to how we handle one of the more pesky bugs, which are transactions that get stuck in a 'processing' loop. Now, if transactions get stuck, the system will automatically fail them after 6 minutes and you will be able to easily 'retry' that transaction from directly in your wallet!
