Welcome to Film.io Version 3.4! This update is packed with enhancements and additions across the board! Dive in and see what the team has been hard at work on to improve your experience!

What's New in Version 3.4:

  • Enhanced Gem and XP Rewards Based on Staked Amount:

    • Unlock the Power of Your $FAN Tokens: With the introduction of our Gem and XP Rewards, staking your $FAN Tokens becomes even more rewarding. This feature allows you to accumulate valuable Gems and Experience Points (XP) for each day you hold your stake. The size of your stake directly influences the magnitude of your rewards, incentivizing longer and larger commitments.

    • Daily Rewards for Continuous Engagement: Your rewards will be delivered automatically every day. These rewards are not just numbers—they're opportunities to increase your influence and capabilities within the Film.io ecosystem. Engage more deeply with the platform and watch as your rewards provide new avenues for interaction.

  • Temporary Adjustment in Club Reward Allocation:

    • Pausing Per-Stake Rewards: To ensure the integrity and fairness of our new rewards system, we are temporarily pausing the allocation of Gems and XP on a per-stake basis in Club Quests. This pause is important as we implement measures to prevent potential gaming of the system and ensure that rewards are distributed fairly among all users. During this period, the focus is on the total staked amount and the duration that you HODL, ensuring that everyone has a fair chance to earn rewards based on their overall contribution to the platform.

  • Go Score V2 with Creator Engagement Tracking and More

    • Incorporating Creator Activity: We now consider creator activity as a critical component of the Go Score. Inactivity or lack of updates from creators will lead to a natural decay in their project's Go Score, promoting continuous engagement and development, while consistent activity and meaningful updates will provide a Go Score Bonus.

      • All Projects will begin with the 'active creator' badge, and over time, if the creators are less active this will shift to an 'inactive creator' badge, which will introduce the Go Score decrease mechanism and make those projects less visible on the platform. The goal is to reward the creators who are the most active and engaged with their communities through increased visibility and Go Score bonuses.

    • Go Score Enhancements: Go Score V2 also introduces refined metrics that more accurately capture and reflect project progress and community engagement.
