We're excited to announce a major update that's set to enhance your Film.io experience – our new, streamlined project submission workflow is officially up and running! This latest enhancement is designed to empower our talented Creators, enabling them to showcase their extraordinary projects to a passionate community of Fans who are eager to support and fall in love with them.

Highlights

  • Effortless Self-Serve Project Submissions: We've introduced a cutting-edge feature for project submission on Film.io. This new tool provides a smooth, user-intuitive process, allowing creators from across the globe to easily share their projects with our community. Each submission will be reviewed by the Global Creativity Foundation to ensure compliance with our Terms of Service.

  • Automated FGR Claim when Unstaking: In response to feedback from our DAO Community, we've made an exciting change. Now, when you unstake from a project, any unclaimed FGR will be automatically rewarded to you. Keep an eye on your wallet transactions table for the status and records of these transactions.

Getting Started:

  • Ready Your Project: Compile all the fascinating details of your project. To submit, you must include these essential elements:

    • Title

    • Logline

    • Your Project's Story

    • Hero/Header Image and Poster Image

    • Lookbook

  • Submissions Made Simple: To submit your project, just click on "Submit a Project" and let our intuitive workflow guide you seamlessly through the process.

    • For detailed guidance on project submission, refer to this knowledge base article: Project Submission Process.

    • You can find "Submit a Project" in the top navigation on Desktop, and within your profile drop-down on Mobile.

  • Submit for Review: Once you're all set, submit your project for review and approval by the Global Creativity Foundation.

  • Going Live: After approval, your project goes live on Film.io, featured on the "explore" page, ready to captivate and gain support!

This feature marks a significant step forward in empowering Creators to realize their visions and enriches the diversity and quality of content for our DAO Members. It's your time to take center stage!
